Step-by-Step OPD Appointment & Check-In Process:

1. ESIC Beneficiary Verification

  • The insured person (IP) or dependent must carry a valid Pehchan Card / ESI Card / Aadhaar Card for identity verification at the registration counter.

2. Registration at OPD Counter

  • Visit the OPD registration desk located at the hospital entrance.

  • Submit your ESI card and provide basic details (ESI number, name, department of consultation).

  • Receive an OPD slip with date, time, and department.

3. Doctor Consultation

  • Visit the assigned consultation room when your token number is displayed or called.

  • The doctor will examine and advise further treatment, tests, or prescriptions.

4. Lab/Radiology Referral (if needed)

  • Based on consultation, referrals for diagnostics (e.g., X-ray, blood test, ultrasound) will be made.

  • Visit respective units for testing.

5. Pharmacy Services

  • Collect prescribed medicines from the in-house ESIC pharmacy.

6. Follow-Up & Specialist Referral

  • Follow-up visits are scheduled as advised by the doctor.

  • If specialist consultation is required, referrals to higher centers or super-specialty hospitals may be provided.

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
